The Wolfhound started with a simple conviction: Dubuque deserves a place that honors both the craft of a perfect pour-over and the art of a well-shaken cocktail — without choosing between them.
Our space was designed to feel like a living room for the city. Exposed brick, amber light, and the soft hum of conversation make every visit feel unhurried. Whether you're catching up with an old friend or settling in with a book, this is your spot.
We source our coffee from small-roaster partners in the Midwest and build our cocktail menu around what's in season. The result is a menu that changes with the rhythm of the year — because good things shouldn't stay the same.
